The standard wholesale programme starts from one full container. The final model mix, loading quantity and commercial terms are confirmed in the quotation. Two-container and repeat-order programmes may receive different commercial terms.

Mixed-model loading can be evaluated according to product dimensions, battery transport requirements and production availability. Send the requested SKU list and target quantities for a loading review.

Yes. Available services can include logo application, packaging, manuals, accessories and selected product configuration changes. Feasibility, tooling, certification impact and minimum quantities are reviewed before quotation.

Orders can be supplied from China, and selected stock or spare parts may be available through the European warehouse. Availability depends on the model, quantity and delivery destination and must be confirmed before order placement.

Portable power stations carry a two-year warranty. SX-HB16, SX-AI16, SX-HI and SX-OI home-energy products carry a five-year warranty. The SX-B20 balcony storage platform carries a ten-year warranty. Final terms are stated in the sales agreement.

App, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth functions depend on the selected model and regional configuration. Connectivity is shown on the relevant product page and should be reconfirmed in the quotation.

Compliance and battery-transport documents vary by product and destination market. Tell us the target country and required standard so the applicable certificate set can be checked before ordering.

Channel partners provide first-line local support, backed by remote diagnosis, service procedures and spare-parts planning from SunoraX. The applicable RMA and replacement process is confirmed in the distribution or sales agreement.
