This policy explains what personal data SunoraX collects through this website, why we collect it,
and what rights you have over it. SunoraX sells to businesses only; this site does not sell to
consumers and does not process payments.
Who we are
SunoraX is a manufacturer and exporter of LiFePO4 energy storage products. For any question about
this policy or about your data, contact us at
sales@sunorax-energy.com. We reply to data requests
within 30 days.
What we collect
1. Information you send us
When you submit the Request a Quote form we collect your name, business email, company
name, country, phone number, the product you are interested in, and your message. We use this only
to answer your enquiry and to follow up on it commercially. We do not sell this data, and we do not
add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as there is an active business relationship, and for
up to 24 months after the last contact. After that it is deleted.
2. Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages
get read, which countries visitors come from, and whether an enquiry was completed. Google Analytics
sets cookies and processes a truncated version of your IP address. We have not enabled Google
Signals, advertising personalisation, or cross-device tracking on this property.
Our web server and hosting provider also keep standard access logs (IP address, browser, pages
requested) for security and troubleshooting.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies does not
affect your ability to browse the site or submit an enquiry. You can also install the
Google
Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers that make this site
work:
- Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC — Google Analytics 4, for website measurement.
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) — delivers the emails generated by our enquiry form.
- Cloudways / DigitalOcean — hosting and server infrastructure.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens,
transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Legal basis (EEA / UK visitors)
- Answering your enquiry — necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence.
- Analytics cookies — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by clearing cookies or using the opt-out add-on above.
- Server logs — our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you,
correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and
withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email
sales@sunorax-energy.com. If you are in the EEA or UK
and are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with your national data
protection authority.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly
collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
