BALCONY STORAGE SUPPLIER GUIDE

How to Evaluate a Balcony Energy Storage System Factory

A balcony energy storage system factory should be judged on ten points: cell grade, battery management, grid-connection documents, ingress protection, expansion path, in-production inspection, warranty terms, OEM capability, container terms and after-sales supply. This guide lists what to request for each and how the SunoraX SX-B20 answers.

The ten-point checklist

Why the grid document matters more than the datasheet

Plug-in balcony systems are regulated nationally. Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Italy and Spain each set their own feed-in limit, registration step and meter requirement. A factory that can only show a cell certificate has not shown that the complete system may be connected in your market. Ask for the report that names the grid rule, the model and the firmware version, and have your installer confirm it for the network area.

Factory, trading company or brand: how to tell

Ask who holds the test reports, who controls the firmware and who answers a field failure. A supplier with real manufacturing behind it can change the socket standard, the feed-in limit and the app branding, can show the inspection flow for the production line, and can supply spare modules years after the order. SunoraX products are built by an established manufacturing group with more than two decades of energy-hardware experience and a dedicated power station plant; partners deal with one supplier for product, documents and after-sales.

Questions distributors ask before the first container

Can balcony storage share a container with other products?

Yes. The minimum order is one 40HQ container and models can be mixed, so a first order can combine SX-B20 units with portable power stations or home batteries.

Is the SX-B20 available under our own brand?

Yes. Logo, colour, packaging and app branding are covered by the OEM / ODM programme.

Which markets is the SX-B20 built for?

European plug-in markets. It is not offered for North America.

What is not fixed on this page?

Price, lead time and units per container. They are confirmed in the quotation for the model mix and destination.
